Board of Directors
We are currently seeking dedicated, mission-aligned individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. As a board member, you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic vision, guiding organizational growth, and supporting long-term sustainability efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight
- Serve as an ambassador for Fresh Well in your network and community
- Support fundraising, outreach, and development initiatives
- Ensure responsible governance and compliance with nonprofit standards
- Attend quarterly board meetings (remote)
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Nonprofit leadership and governance
- Fundraising and donor relations
- Public health, infrastructure, or clean water access
- Legal, finance, or accounting
- Marketing, branding, or communications
- Community engagement and advocacy
Previous board experience is a plus but not required.
Role Details:
- Position Type: Volunteer
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based or with knowledge of Haitian or U.S. communities)
- Term: 1–2 years (renewable)
