Coline Jerome is the visionary founder of Fresh Well Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing clean, safe drinking water to underserved communities in the United States and Haiti. Her passion for clean water access was ignited in the aftermath of the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, when the country faced a deadly cholera outbreak. That pivotal moment planted the seed for what would later become a lifelong mission.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Coline assisted with administrative efforts to build a well in Beaufort, Haiti. It was through that experience that she recognized a powerful truth: clean water for all is not just a dream—it’s a goal within reach.
With a background as a paralegal and business process consultant for boutique law firms, Coline brings strong organizational, compliance, and leadership skills to the nonprofit space. Her sharp eye for detail and deep compassion for underserved communities fuel her commitment to expanding Fresh Well’s reach and impact.
Coline is especially dedicated to starting where her heart is—Haiti—while building a global movement for water equity. She believes that every community deserves the dignity of clean water, and she works tirelessly to turn that belief into action.
